Reflection & Artifacts
Article I: Course Site
A course site is the perfect platform to deliver all these technologies to students. The course site also is the main communication platform for students and their parents. In a "flipped" classroom this is the site that will be used to deliver all the materials that students can access on any of their devices and go through any of the assignments as well as the additional resources that I can provide. This is an absolutely critical platform for teaching and I have already developed this for each of my classes this fall. Article II: Padlet Like the course site this serves as a platform for material delivery. Article III: Movie Story Nothing demonstrates fluency in these technologies like a movie story. Here we incorporate video and audio and material presentation all in one. This is guaranteed to engage and impress both students and their parents. |
Future Learning Goals
I can't wait to put these technologies into practice. These technologies save time and allow teachers to make professionally put-together lessons that can't help but engage students. Learning and putting into practice these technologies can only make us better, more effective teachers which is all of our goals. This class has made me overcome my hesitation to use these technologies and has shown me what is possible. I found that most of these programs are intuitive and not at all difficult to use and are best of all...free to use. As I stated, I can't wait to put these into practice.
